Name:	Todd Thesing
Title:	President
Todd grew up on Cincinnati, Ohio. His love for the outdoors and adventure brought him west to Colorado in the early 90's. After spending many years in Colorado completing a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver and working in the construction industry as a project manager for a design build firm in Evergreen, CO, Todd moved to Montana in 2000.Todd worked with CK Design & Construction in Big Sky as a project manager until 2007 when Todd and partner Rob McRae started Highline Partners Ltd. Todd's passion for building and design are only matched by his passion for the outdoors. Todd is an avid skier, climber, mountain biker and kayaker. Todd's ideals and building style have been inspired by his experiences in the outdoors and by extensive traveling throughout 5 of the 7 continents. Todd's energy and enthusiasm are visible in all facets of life. Todd is married with twin sons and is an active volunteer for Big Sky Search & Rescue and the Gallatin County Helicopter and Alpine Rescue Teams.

Name:	Rob McRae
Title:	Vice President
Rob grew up at the base of Mt. Mansfield in Underhill, VT in a farmhouse full of engineers. In 1998, he graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA in History and Economics. His studies brought him to South Africa in 1996, and inspired a diverse wave of experiences including a year long trip around the world in 2001 after moving out west to Colorado in 1998. While in Colorado, Rob was a competitive mountain bike and ski racer and started to focus on a career in building. Rob moved to Montana in 2002 and expanding on his previous building experience started working for CK Design & Construction as a site supervisor. In 2007, Rob and partner Todd Thesing started Highline Partners Ltd. Rob's pursuit of constant improvement and new technologies are evident in his own personal projects as well as at Highline Partners. His passion for adventure is highlighted by raising his family in Montana and rediscovering a love for the mountains through this experience. Rob received his LEED AP accreditation in May 2009.
